Most of the merchandise on this site is limited edition and or made to order. Therefore, returns for cash, returns for merchandise exchange or returns for merchandise credit requests are not accepted. There may be instances that we will issue a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit for in stocked, non customized items that have not be worn or used. If there is a problem due to an error on our part in processing or producing an item, we will certainly work to resolve it. If a dispute should arise, contact us for a return authorization. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Upon receipt and inspection of the item we will contact the customer with the resolution.
